GARDENS & POOL
Mature garden grounds extend around the house and the private infinity pool takes advantage of the views over the Tiber valley. The gardens are planted with a range of colourful and fragrant plants and ample garden furniture, including sun umbrellas, is supplied. The pool measures 12m x 6m.

Bella Vista is a pretty villa with private pool and generous garden grounds that is set on the edge of a quaint 14th century village in Sabina near Rome. The villa has great character and offers comfortable accommodation for up to 4 people. The village is within walking distance, and with a post office and shops including pharmacy, bakery and grocery store, everything is accessible and makes this the perfect location for those who want to be private but have good facilities on the doorstep.
The charm of this unspoiled area, with its olive groves and vineyards and its proximity to the medieval and renaissance delights of Rome, make it a special place to rest, to visit and to enjoy yourselves. Good restaurants can be found within 5-10 km. Pizzeria ristorante less than 1km and in the main square of the village there is a nice cafe/bar and a mini-market.
This area was known as the "bread-basket of ancient Rome" and ruins of the Roman markets can be found next to the nearby Abbey of Vescovio. The Sabine Hills are still known for fresh fruits, vegetables, and wonderful olive oil.
Here, you are also within easy day trips to the hill towns of Umbria Orvieto, Assisi, Cortona, Todi. Stimigliano walking distance, in the district of Rieti, there is a station from which the train leaves for Rome Tiburtina station every 40 min, and takes 50 min. A train leaves every hour to Rome airport. By car, Stimigliano is 12km from the A1 highway that runs between Rome and Florence.
