The pool 5m x 12m is fenced and is set into a terrace below the main garden. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided along with other tables and chairs in the grounds. The Pool has a shallow end of 1.2m and deep end of 1.7m. Pool towels are provided. Open May to October.

The ancient farmhouse "Podere Il Biancospino" lies in the heart of Tuscany in the hills of Val d'Orcia and Valdichiana near to the spa town of Chianciano Terme.
The villa is located on a hillside overlooking the valley and enjoys splendid countryside views. It is well placed and within easy reach of the some of the most interesting towns in Tuscany and Umbria. The town of Chianciano Terme with shops, supermarket and restaurants is only a few minutes drive away, and the medieval and Renaissance hill town of Montepulciano is also within close proximity at only 10km. Other places of interest, including Florence, Cortona, Pienza, Siena, San Gimignano and Perugia are all within an easy drive and for water sports and boating, lake Trasimeno is within half an hours drive.
The property itself has been restored according to the principles of eco-architecture, so the design and construction of the building is ecologically-friendly to the surrounding environment. Furnishings and decor are traditional Tuscan in style, with original terracotta tiles and wooden beamed ceilings. The villa itself works as two seperate and independent apartments or as a complete solution for one family with the apartments interconnected. The gardens and pool are shared only between the two apartments, so are completely private when the house is rented as a whole.
