Villa Castellaccia is a historically recognised house with features dating back to the 11th century. This wonderful property is full of character and antiquities, has its own private chapel, and from here, you can easily reach some of the most characteristic and historically interesting towns in northern Umbria. Casa Costa is a different style of house from that of Castellaccia and has a quaint rural charm and all the character typical of a traditional stone farmhouse. It also opens up a whole new set of sightseeing opportunities, with the nearby Farfa Abbey and picturesque medieval villages of the Sabina all nearby and the magnificent city of Rome accessible in under an hour by train.
